Your piece should not be immersed in water and should be kept away from chlorine, bleach, vinegar, ammonia, hand sanitizer, and other such liquids.
When getting ready, please put your jewellery on last, after applying makeup, perfume, hairspray and lotions.
We recommend you remove your jewellery when washing your hands or applying hand sanitizer and lotion, ensuring your skin is dry before handling your piece.
When storing your jewellery, please use the soft pouch provided, protecting it from other objects that may scratch its surface.
We advise keeping your pieces in a cool, dry place and avoid over exposure to direct sunlight, as it may affect the colour of stones.
Whenever necessary, use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean your jewellery pieces. If especially dirty, some warm soapy water will help to remove the dirt, or you can take it to a trusted jeweller for cleaning.

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return your piece of jewellery for any reason, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to follow the below steps.
Please note we can only accept your return if your items are in their unworn and immaculate condition with the jewellery pouch, box and certificate included in their original state from the country that the order was delivered to.
Bespoke jewellery or jewellery that has been resized on behalf of a client cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your wish to exchange or return your item and provide us with your name, home address, order number and phone number.
We will respond to your return request within 48 hours and provide you with our return address to post your item to.
When packing your return to send back to us, please ensure the pieces along with original packaging and certificate are in a sturdy box.
We do not cover the cost of any return shipments and it is your responsibility to return the products to us safely. We recommend that you insure the return shipment and use a secure, trackable shipping method, that provides you with proof of sending as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them back.
Once we have received the order back (within 14 days from date of delivery), it will be carefully inspected. Please note we have the right to refuse your return if the jewellery has not been returned in its original condition, if part of the packaging is missing (jewellery box and pouch) or if the products show any signs of wear.
Once your return has passed our inspection, we will refund you the price you paid for the pieces, using the same method you used to make payment within 30 days. We will not be liable for any fee charged by your bank or financial institution on this refund and we will not refund the shipping costs.

If you are interested in a Product with natural-coloured stones, the gemstones used can vary in colour and other visual characteristics. All our stones are natural, however when a Product is reproduced, we cannot guarantee the colour will exactly match a previous piece. Each coloured stone product may vary in tone and colour.
The Products sizes, colours, dimensions and measurements detailed on our website may not be precise. If you have any questions or would like to receive further specifications about the Products of interest, please do contact us before confirming your order.
We may make minor changes to the Products to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
All Products ordered through our sales channels are subject to availability. Not every Product displayed on our e-commerce or Instagram is available for immediate purchase.
Should an item be indicated as “Available Online” on our Website this piece will indeed be shoppable through the site and will ship within 10 working days. All other Products would be made to order with a lead time of approximately 10 weeks depending on the Product. If we produce any Products to measurements received by you or are providing resizing or engraving services, you are responsible for ensuring that the measurement and engraving instructions are correct.
We reserve the right to withhold or refuse acceptance of any order for personalised Products.
Please contact us for bespoke enquiries, such as engagement rings or other custom design requests (“Bespoke Products”). For Bespoke Products we work with a minimum order value, which we will discuss with you whilst handling your enquiry.
All sales of products that have been personalised or otherwise made to your bespoke specifications are final and cannot be cancelled or returned to us for exchange or refund.
The prices payable for our Products are quoted on our website in AUD$ and are also indicated on the order pages when you process your order. These prices shown on the product pages of the website or quoted by a Lingjun Sun staff member include sales taxes/GST only from Australia.
Currently we are fulfilling orders to Australia, the United Kingdom, and United States. If you are based in a different location, please contact us for assistance with placing your order directly with a member of our team. If an order is placed directly with us, to ship to a geographical location other than Australia, the AUD$ price will apply. The order will be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. We will not be liable for local duties and taxes for countries outside of the Australia and you will be solely responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Our logistics team will be happy to provide you with an approximate quote of what your local duties and taxes may amount to.

It is always possible that, some of the Products we sell may be mistakenly incorrectly priced. Once an order is placed, we make sure the price of the Product purchased is correct before accepting your order. If the Product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated in our website, we will contact you for further instructions before we accept your order. If we are unable to reach you using the contact details you have provided during the order process, we will cancel the order and notify you in writing.
Every repair is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as you notice your product being damaged with a picture of the item. Depending on the nature of the damage and who may have been at fault, we will arrange a return for you and carefully assess the product upon receipt.
We will repair your item free of charge if it is a manufacturing or material defect. Please note cracking, plating wear (including rhodium or ruthenium plating), chipping or scratching of stones are not considered as manufacturing defects.
We will not be liable for loss of an item, damage caused by accidents, inappropriate use or wear and tear.
